Student Enrollment
Enrollment in the Lake County International Charter School is available to school age children
for Kindergarten through Eighth Grade classes.
Please call 707-987-3063 to enroll your
child or ask any questions. You may also print the enrollment form below and mail, fax or bring to the office.

Once the student has been accepted into LCICS and before your child can begin attending classes you must complete all of the Registration Forms below. Missing information may delay your Child's registration being processed. Please submit all forms together as a packet to Laura at:
